Attendees at this event will he hosted on site for a behind the scenes tour of the Madison Avenue flagship store learning about the brand’s unique history and commitment to quality and service. After the tour we will take a short walk over to the New York headquarters, enjoy refreshments before settling in for a focused workshop where you will learn firsthand how Hermes crafts an exceptional customer experience and how representatives of the brand convey House values with their service approach.
