Women often face systemic barriers, limited access to resources, and fewer opportunities for advancement. To address these challenges, and along with Working For Women and ZS Consultants, we developed a negotiation workshop designed to empower women with the confidence and skills needed to advocate for themselves effectively.

This initiative aims to equip women with essential negotiation techniques, enabling them to secure better job opportunities, fair wages, and improved living conditions. It is a step toward a future where all women have the chance to reach their full potential.
