Bottomless Closet is currently recruiting for a Database Manager. This individual will serve as lead administrator for Bottomless Closet’s Raiser’s Edge database and have primary responsibility for data integrity, segmentation and reporting to support fundraising goals. In addition, the Database Manager will be responsible for creating new records, updating constituent information, processing and acknowledging all donations and maintaining internal records of donations. They will also be responsible for generating mailing lists, coordinating the mailing of donor correspondence and other development department administrative needs.
Bottomless Closet is currently recruiting for a Program Coordinator. This individual will serve as the coordinator for all client service appointments. The Program Coordinator will build and maintain referral partner relationships to ensure a smooth appointment scheduling process, where clients are informed and understand the expectations of their appointment and referral partners are referring clients in accordance with programmatic guidelines.
