Our Impact

In 2022, Bottomless Closet provided 1,056 women with 1:1 Pre-Interview & Post-Hire services which includes resume preparation, interview coaching and professional outfitting.

We also delivered 82 workshops in the areas of Financial Management, Digital Literacy, Professional Development and Personal Enrichment to 1,531 attendees.

In our 2022 year-end survey, 53% of respondents are now employed, and 78% of those indicated using Bottomless Closet services in the last 12 months.

Of all clients we served individually in 2022, 98% said they felt more confident and prepared after utilizing our programs.
