Fall/Winter 2021 Program Update

Bottomless Closet officially reopened its doors for in-person services on September 14, 2021. We are currently serving fully-vaccinated clients for appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays (same appointments as pre-covid). Wednesdays are currently reserved for clothing pick-ups, which we have been doing for several months. Pick-ups are offered for our unvaccinated clients, or for those clients who are vaccinated but prefer to refrain from in-person appointments. We have also been providing remote coaching appointments since April of 2020 and continue to offer them today.

Our virtual workshops have also been incredibly popular with strong client interest. Additionally, after hearing from our clients about their need for technology support, we recently (as of November 1) launched a new workshop series, Technology For Life with SONY. These programs will introduce clients to technology, which are important for everyday life and career success. Some of the programming that has been offered so far includes how to apply for jobs and navigate different job application technology, and making your best impression in virtual interviews.

So far this year, we have served more than 500 unique clients (including remote and in-person appointments) and have had more than 3,000 client interactions (appointments and workshop attendees).
